Dispatch Timeframes

• Retail skincare products: Dispatched within 2–3 business days.
• Compounded preparations: Dispatched within 3–4 business days.
• Delivery times are typically 6–10 working days depending on the destination.
• Shipping days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Prescription & Compounded Medicines

• Prescription and compounded medicines are shipped only within Australia, in accordance with the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) and Pharmacy Board of Australia regulations.
• These items cannot be shipped internationally under any circumstances.
• Certain compounded products are refrigerated and must be shipped via Australia Post Express.

Non-Prescription Retail Skincare Products

• Selected non-prescription retail skincare products may be shipped within Australia and internationally.
• Current international destinations include New Zealand. Worldwide shipping may be available on request.
• If an order contains both prescription items and retail skincare:
  • The prescription items will be shipped within Australia only.
  • The retail skincare products may be shipped separately to an international address.
• Customers are responsible for checking local customs and import rules for their country.
